Gong migration
Import your Gong recordings, transcripts and libraries into Leexi.

How to use it
Activate your CRM integration first (recommended)
We recommend activating your CRM integration before starting the Gong migration: this way, call summaries will contain the correct contact names.
Retrieve your Gong API base URL
Go to the Gong API authentication page to find the Gong API base URL.
Create an access key in Gong
On the Gong API page, click Create to get an Access Key and an Access Key Secret.
Add the Gong migration in Leexi
Go to Settings > Integrations, click Add on the Gong migration card, then fill in this information.

What gets imported:
- Call and meeting recordings with their metadata
- Transcripts
- Comments
- Libraries
We also generate a summary and chapter breakdown for all imported calls.
Things to watch out for
- The migration does not start automatically: it begins once our teams have validated your request.
- The full data import can take up to 24 hours.
- Only data from the last 2 years is imported.
- If you have a large volume of data to migrate, additional fees may apply.
