Frequently asked questions

Your organization's policies prevent you from enabling the calendar integration yourself. A Google administrator from your organization must go to the Google Admin console, go to Security > Access and data controls > API controls > Manage third-party app access, and then:
- select Configure a new app and choose OAuth app name or client ID ;
- use the following client ID:
672685658175-iqusj52o6e70rrt6mj7cjeki9ktq8rrp; - click Select and mark the application as Approved.
Check that your events contain a meeting URL (in the description or location): events without a video link are not imported, even when the URL is protected by a service like MailInBlack. Also make sure you're connected to the correct calendar.
Things to watch out for
- Without access to your calendar, Leexi cannot send the assistant automatically: you'll need to invite it manually.
- Events without an exploitable meeting URL are not detected.
