Definition: Assistant customization lets you align the Leexi experience with your company identity by adapting the bot's appearance and certain content visible to users.

- There is only one bot profile for the whole company: any change applies to all members.
- It is mandatory to keep the mention "AI" or "Assistant" in the bot's name or description. You cannot make the assistant pass for a human being.
- The Leexi logo and the "powered by Leexi" mention cannot be removed, but their color automatically adapts to the background to stay readable.
- Changes to the bot profile can take a few hours to take effect.
