Build the report source
First prepare a view or saved search that represents the right scope of calls.
Open AI Reports
Go to Settings > AI Reports to create a new template.

Define the content and frequency
Fill in the 8 fields needed for the report to work properly:
- Name of the report
- Saved filter: to select among those created in the library
- Recurrence: one or more days of the week
- Time the email is sent
- Target: company, teams, or users who will receive the report
- Language of the report
- Active: report enabled or disabled
- Prompt: AI instruction to highlight certain information (based on the calls' main summary)
Review, then launch
Check the report's relevance before enabling its recurring operation.

Going further
- AI Reports are useful for team reviews, tracking recurring themes, or distributing insights.
- Their quality depends directly on the source filter and the writing instruction.
- They can target users, teams, or a broader scope depending on the configuration.
Frequently asked questions
You need at least a usable scope of calls, generally provided by a saved search.
Yes, once the template is activated with a valid schedule.

Things to watch out for
- A poorly built source filter produces a noisy report.
- Check recipients before enabling a recurring send.
- Review the first version before wide distribution.
- The AI report is based solely on the calls' main summary. It doesn't take the transcript or secondary summaries into account.
- If you don't receive the report or the email, check that the report is enabled in customization settings and that AI Reports are enabled in your notifications.
